Luxury Villas in Phuket
Katamanda is a high-end luxury villa estate set in lush jungle overlooking Kata and Kata Noi Beach in southwest Phuket - Thailand's premiere resort destination.
Fifteen privately owned villas are available for rent, long or short term. Ten villas have their own swimming pool. Villa sizes range from two to six bedrooms. All are well appointed and totally private.
It's a unique and very attractive idea.
As soon as you enter the property you can feel the soothing effects of its surroundings. For many that's precisely the attraction. There is sun, privacy, peace, and magnificent gardens. Several villas enjoy sublime views of the Andaman Sea.
This a place to get comfortably numb, to soak up the moment. All on your own terms.
Each villa comes with a different architectural design and interior style - the decor according to the owner's personal taste.
Many of them are visual feasts. All are distinctly individual. Some have walls adorned with apsaras and beautiful Khmer wood carvings; some come with tasteful Asian layouts with original hangings, Cambodian silks, carved figures, bas-reliefs, tapestries and large flat TV screens. Others have a more Mediterranean feel, and one can only be described as laid back Balinese. They all contain everything you need and much more.
The estate is also extremely well-managed, totally secure and all villas are cleaned daily.
Katamanda is perfect for the more savvy, self sufficient traveller - those who have enough taste to pick a beautiful area, and enough vision not to stay in a resort or hotel. Nice as resorts and hotels can be, they do tend to come with certain rules and various restrictions.
Those who opt for Katamanda prefer to stay in a place with their own front door. A home away from home that isn't yours, but quickly feels like it is. This not only allows complete independence but also offers an experience that is liberating, and economically, makes a lot of sense.
For those who enjoy a quieter pace than the Patong Beach area, Kata boasts a selection of excellent restaurants and funky shops all just a gentle stroll away.

Facilities
At the heart of Katamanda lies the Clubhouse. This is not solely a reception and administration area, but also the perfect place to meet other guests and sit back and enjoy delicious food and drinks at the Terrace Cafe - where the prices are as good as the fare. The Clubhouse also includes a floodlit tennis court, a well-equipped gym, an enormous palm-fringed swimming pool, plus changing rooms and showers. There is also an air-conditioned lounge and meeting room.
Everything you need can be arranged here at the Clubhouse and it's less than two minutes walk from every villa on the estate

Katamanda is ideally situated only a few minutes walk from two of Phuket’s premier white sand beaches, Kata and Kata Noi, and the bustling village style atmosphere of Kata.
Apart from great shopping, with everything from boutiques to street-side markets, Kata is recognized as having some of the best restaurants in Phuket. For spectacular sunsets we can recommend one of the hilltop restaurants above Kata, or the award winning Mom Tri’s Boathouse, just down the road.
